Good leaders don't do this


When your team, or folks from other departments, come to you with a problem, do you quickly jump into solution mode? It’s tempting, for sure. But is it smart? If you always have the answers, you might end up creating dependency (and laziness), not capability and confidence. I guess a lot of this comes down to your philosophy about leadership.
